    Dear

Could you send us the screenshot for the firmware version you used now ?

And could you also check if your network is normal or not ?

Here is a screen shot. I am looking into the network. It is working normally but is it possible it is blocking the file transfer?

Hello, ok I tried firefox and chrome after clearing the cache and cookies. I tried three different computers and have had the network team confirm the network is not the cause. Do you have any other thoughts on the possible problem?

Thanks for your help on this!

    Hi Jack

Sorry for your inconvenience, After double checked with our technical department again the actual firmware is the version of the firmware is in May, not in June.
Sorry for that which means you downloaded the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.binm but actual the version of this is in May,that is the reason why you can not upgrade it.

Ah, that explains it then. Thanks so much for the confirmation.

Hello. I am having the same issue but I do not know how to revert it back to my original June version. After rebooting and resetting it is still not hashing and shows abnormal. Can you please advise? Thank you.

    BEWARE!

DO NOT INSTALL the S19j Pro SD card recovery package.  It has BRICKED our miner!

    • Antminer-S19j-Pro-Release-sd2nand-zynq7007-20210605.zip (file size 26.87MB)
    • S19j Pro SD firmware for 7007 control board only (published 2021-08-26)

This package is identical to the S19j package.  We have compared and match both packages' "update.bmu" file checksums.  Your miner will not be able to detect hash boards, reset to factory default firmware, or update to the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin firmware.  Effectively rendering your equipment useless.

Bitmain support, please send the correct S19j Pro 100T (7007) recovery to niftyframes@protonmail.com
