S19j Pro Abnormal chip state

I just purchased a S19J Pro and was trying to set it up and it kept giving me an abnormal chip state for all 3 boards. 

Here are the steps I have done.

1) I updated the firmware to "Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin"

2) I did a factory reset.

3) I tried something from a post on this forum suggesting I try and do a SD card flash using "sd-recover-bmu-S19Pro-fixed-202006012027-release.zip"

Now the miner doesn't see any of the boards at all.  Can you please provide me advice and a direction on what to do next?

    Your antminer is S19JPRO which need use the S19JPRO SD card file, can not use the S19PRO sd card file,

    Could you send us the control board picture and the email address we will send you S19JPRO SD card file.

    Can I also get a copy of the file? I am having the same issue with my S19J Pro 96t as well.

    I have tried
    1) re-updating to "Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin"
    But this fails and doesn't update

    2) updating to "Antminer-S19-Pro-release-202012111123.bmu"
    This updates but still shows no boards, no temps, and won't allow any other updates.

    3) Factory Reset.  Same state once rebooted

    I would give anything to get this up and working and back to proper firmware.  Please assist.

    I am having a similar problem. When trying to upgrade my S19JPRO to "Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin", it takes the upgrade file and says "Please wait while the firmware is being upgraded!". Then I wait 20 minutes, reboot the miner and it still shows the old firmware date. Is there another way to update the firmware?

    Dear David

    Please send us the email address then we can send you SD card file for the S19JPRO, not firmware,

    And kindly send us the control board picture, you have to flash the SD card file to recover to the control board.

    For anyone else reading this and having the same issue… Jessica from Bitmain is currently working to find out which SD card file is needed to bring My S19j back to regular hash function. Will update once email fix is received

    Hello Jessica the file was received and loaded fine, unfortunately the problem is still happening. I also sent lisa screenshots and log files. 

    There is only 1 firmware file currently, but there is a total of 2 SD card files correct?

    is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot or do I have to send it in?

    Vyacheslav-Goncharov, Thank you for posting that information. I also want to get back that same firmware

    The SD card flash sent to me does not fix or change the firmware shown in our daahboards.

    Jessica & Lisa, Are you able to send the original firmware?

    June version is the newest and only version to have worked on my Miner. The may 15 version has never worked

    Also I was sent two SD Card files to flash, which flashed successfully but did not change the firmware version at all.

    Really hoping to receive June version of Firmware to update through the web interface soon.

    Sorry for your inconvenience, After double checked with our technical department again the actual firmware is the version of the firmware is in May, not in June.
    Sorry for that which means you downloaded the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.binm but actual the version of this is in May,that is the reason why you can not upgrade it.

    Hello Jessica, are you able to send me both firmware .bin files?

    Exact firmware for my miner: FRI Jun 4 12:33:07 (this is the date shown on s19j pro dashboard)

    Lisa from email support has my email address to send files

    I need the following firmware versions below currently: 

    Fri May 28 17:43:03 CST 2021 ( I am 100% certain this is the correct firmware I need to get my miner back and working) Please send as soon as possible

    Fri Jun 4 12:33:07 (posted from another user, this a different version then what is posted on the official bitmain website

    That is correct, she is locating the exact firmware that came with my miner.

    Miner Dashboard exact Date, for correct Miner firmware: " Fri May 28 17:43:03 CST 2021 "

    Hello Again,

    Do you or Lisa have an estimate for how much longer it will take to receive the following firmware version:  Fri May 28 17:43:03 CST 2021? 

    Really Eager to get the firmware file so I can get my miner back online.
