My L3+ have malware which won't let me upgrade or change firmware

i can boot from sd and recover but malware is still hidden in there

  downloaded the lastest sd card firmware from you website and won't update past this version

  Please uninstall the third firmware not from the bitmain then upgrade to our firmware again.
