Dear
For the ERROR_EEPROM_INFO issue.Could you try the below instructions to exclude it firstly?
1 Upgrade the latest firmware
2 Flashing the sd card
Please download the SD card file in the below link
https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=Flashing%20SD%20card%20with%20image
3 Configure whether there is a mix board
Once you try please let me know.
Comment actions -
I purchased it as used a couple of days ago, so I don't know whether there are mixed boards
1 Upgrade the latest firmware
2 Flashing the sd card
Isn't it Step 1 and Step 2 are the same thing? In other words, if I do step 1, then no need to do step 2 since it is a duplicate of step 1 but with a different procedure, or am I missing something?
-
Dear
No it is not the same
1 Upgrade the latest firmware
Please download the firmware as below:
https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=Antminer%20T17
How to reload or upgrade firmware
https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013786654-How-to-reload-or-upgrade-firmware
2 Flashing the sd card
Please download the SD card file in the below link
https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=Flashing%20SD%20card%20with%20image
Instructions:
1 Unzip the file we send to you
2 After decompressing the card file, put all the below files into the card,
3 Insert it into the card slot of the control board,
4 And power on the control board
5 After the red and green lights blinks 3 or more times you can remove the SD card , it is ok
