New S19 Pro - missing hash board - next steps?

    For the hashboard which can not be detected ,please try to exclude the issues by the below instructions

    1.check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires
    2.upgrade to the latest firmware 
    3. change the PSU to try it and reset the miner to the factory settings
    4.flash the SD card program to recover the control board

    Thank you for following up.  I've performed the following steps and still have the same issue.

    1. Re-seated all cables from control board to the hash boards (no change)

    2. swapped only the hash board side of 2 cables (left plugged into the same place on the control board while swapping hash board 2 and 3.  This moved the dead hash board from #2 to #3)

    3.  Updated to the most recent firmware and performed a reset (no change)

    4. Flashed the control board with image (no change)

    5. swapped psu with another s19 pro (no change)

    Please let me know how to proceed.  Thank you

    Dear

    If still can not fix it ,the hashboard should has the faulty , could you send it back  to the Hongkong or the USA-NH repair site  for repair based on the below instructions.

    I have the same issue, but the miner still on the warranty.. does sending the hashboard can void the warranty? and can i get a fast response on my email?
