Issues with Powering Antminer S19 Pro+ Hydro Using VFD Inverters

I recently purchased 4 Antminer S19 Pro+ Hydro units. However, my electricians have encountered difficulties in powering them using VFD inverters that convert 220V single-phase to 380V three-phase. Despite our efforts in programming the inverters correctly, we consistently encounter an OC3 overcurrent error.

Given that three-phase power is not available to the general public in my country, I would like to know if it is possible to operate these units with the VFD inverters we are using. Any guidance or recommendations you can provide to help us resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
