Antminer S19j Pro not mining
Dear Mr/Mrs ,
I am having the same as before problem with one of my miners .
I have Antminers S19j pro for about 2 years .
Last year I had emperature chip sensor problem with one of the hashboards and I send it back to you for repair . Its been 3-4 months and now I have the same problem , this time on the other miner .
The error was OVER_MAX_TEMP . I started to remove one by one the hashboards to see which one is not working . I found the faulty one (which I can send it to you for repair) but now the miner with the other two hashboards is mining with about 24-30T hashrate , which is very low and I cannot understand why ?
When I had the same problem before when I send one of the hashboards to you for repair , my miner was mining 70-80T hashrate with 2 hashboards . Now I cannot understand why the other one is mining only with 24-30T hashrate .

The miner is mining with 25-30T hashrates , I cannot understand why !
Should I send the faulty hashboard back to you for repair ?
If the miner is working with the other 2 hashboards , does that mean the problem is in the other hashboard ?

From the kernel log, it can't detect the hashboard. please kindly exclude the issue by following steps:
1.Check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires.
2.Please clean up the dust.
