Antminer S19 it won't work with two ok boards
I bought a new Bitmain Antminer S19. He worked for a month. Out of the 3 boards, one stopped working (only shows 38 chips). I found which board was the problem and i took it off.
Problem is that Antminer will not work with only two ok boards.(find all 126chips)
Log File shows: Hasboards Incomplete...Shutting Down...
With previous antminers, they could work with two boards or with one without any problems. The firmware is factory. How do I make antminer work with two boards until one is fixed? (The one that is defective, I changed the places on the connectors and it shows that its place is changing, which means that it is the problem with hashboard and not the connector or something else. Please help.

Dear customer.
From the kernel log, it can't detect all chips. please kindly exclude the issue by following steps:
1.Check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires.
2.Please clean up the dust.

3.Test for PSU failure and ensure the miner is grounded well.

If there are still the same problems after the above steps, please send it to repair.
Best regards
