Bitmain Repair Team Fedex Label
I am having an issue with the Bitmain repair team. I sent my miner for repair after owning it for a few months and got an email from the repair site with my fedex tracking number but fedex has not received the miner, just the shipping label created 2 weeks ago. I placed a ticket regarding this and the received a response:
"We shipped your items out with tracking number:396736629158 , but there is no updated information.
I will check with the repair site whether it's lost or not, If any news, I will let you know." Then they closed the ticket.

Is this normal ? How long does it take ? Did they actually lose the miner ? If they lost it would they replace it ?
