A few months back we purchased 44 KA3's and have had over a 20% hashboard fail rate. Logs have been sent to Antminer and responses have been extremely slow (I'm assuming this is a big issue and the techs are in over their eyebrows). We set up at test station where we used one of the units that has performed flawlessly and removed 1 hashboard, then one by one we installed the defective boards to verify it was in fact a board issue.

So now what? We need to send all these board away and wait weeks to get our boards back?

I now understand from my vendor that Bitmain will not honor the warranty because we opened the units to diagnose the issues and to get enough good boards together to allow the units to run. Bitmain is getting very frustrating! Might need to look at other manufacturers for our next purchase.

    Dear Customer.
Checking the wires will not affect the warranty.
