    Yes, in my situation the machine was still in test mode and took a firmware update. Customer support identified which firmware file I needed via email conversation with them. Once they sent my the firmware file it was a quick update and fixed.

    Hello. I have the same problem

    S19Pro_104Th with Ctrl_Board CV1835. 

    No matter what pool address I enter it will not change from "TEST" on the ip dashboard. This is a brand new out of the box miner.  

    -I tried to upgrade the firmware from the drop down menu for S19Pro from Bitmain official site, but it will not install.

    - I noticed on the I.P. screen the sub model is BHB42651, why does it not say S19Pro?

    - I think I need the correct firmware file if anyone can please help?
