Repair request information
Hello , I have a problem with hashboard of Antminer S19j pro . Its temperature sensor fault . My miner wont start mining because there is problem : Overmaxtemp 95+. When I unplugged the faulty hashboard , miner is working normal with the other 2 hashboards for more than a month . I want to send the faulty hashboard to you for repair ! I checked the address in China and everything . I am planning to ship it with UPS company . I cannot understand the following things :
- Where to ensure item name / quantity / model - with the UPS ?
- You want information on Invoice or AIR waybill with following details :
Product name
Product model
Net weight and etc.
For which invoice do you mean , I dont get it ?

We always suggest you send the whole miner, that's easy for us to check all issues and if possible, we can fix them together.
If you only send the hashboards, you need to ensure that you can bear all of the following risks
1.Due to technical reasons, the performance of repaired hash boards may differ from the original hash boards.It may not work after repair.The relevant consequences shall be borne by you.
2.Please pay attention to the packaging of the board, in order to prevent it from violent transportation.If it's destroyed or scrapped due to transportation please note we can't be responsible for it and won't repair it.It can only send back to you without repair or discard it.

3.If you only send the hashboard this time,we may send a replacement to you to save time, but next time, when you send the whole miner, it may make the miner mixed boards, mixed boards will make the miner lose warranty and the repair fee is very expensive.
If you can bear all risks, You can send the hashboard separately. -
