Brand new s19 out of box, 1 hashboard cant be detected

    Dear customer.

     

    From the kernel log, it can't detect the whole chip. please kindly exclude the issue by following steps:

     

    1. Check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires

     

    2. Upgrade to the latest firmware

    Hi, ive tried every method listed except firmware update, for some reason.. trying to update firmware, everytime i press update via website.. it just flashes update for 1 second and nothing happens after that. Im trying to flash sd firmware, but none of the firmware boots during start up. I have a feeling my s19 is too new and my control board is an A113D control board with microUSB port. I could not find a suitable A113D ctrl board firmware to download. All current s19 firmwares dont boot. How should i proceed? thnx alot.

    ok,.. ive managed to sd flash my firmware with the a113d version... now ive got a whole new kernal error. Not sure what to do next.

    Regarding your first log, chain 1 needs repair.

    On the second log, shows the updated FW with the incorrect model nr.

    You have to re-flash correct model NR and send hashboard for repair.
