According to the latest After-Sales Maintenance Policy, scrapped Products will be adjusted from “charge fees for repair Services” to “not provide repair Service” from now on. The Official Repair Centers will not provide repair Service. If you send the scrapped Products, you may choose not to repair such Products and we will return them directly to you after you have paid for the return freight and other fees (if any).
• Scrap: including but not limited to, burned boards, corrosion/oxidation of Products, disconnection of chip pins, PCB breakage, board via holes blockage, and the use of POE switches, etc. For more details, please refer to：Warranty is void when hash board damaged beyond repair
