1. BITMAIN's Cooperative Repair Center will be considered as an independent Repair Service Provider and not as an agent or part of the BITMAIN's organization. If any disputes arising from maintenance service from Cooperative Repair Center, please directly negotiate with the Cooperative Repair Center to resolve.
2. The products repaired by the Cooperative Repair Center will enjoy the follow-up warranty service provided by the Cooperative Repair Center, and the product's official warranty from BITMAIN will be invalid.
3. No matter whether the product is within the official warranty period, the Cooperative Repair Center will charge the maintenance service fee. You do not need to create a repair ticket on the BITMAIN's official website. For more information, please consult with the Cooperative Repair Center directly.
4. Please contact the Cooperative Repair Center directly before sending products for repairing to avoid any delay in maintenance.
