Ⅰ. Overview of ANTMINER Maintenance Training Center
BITMAIN has been keeping eye on the dissemination of its product knowledge and the inheritance of technological capabilities since its establishment in 2013. BITMAIN has been committing to enhance the integral standard of the related personnel and promoting ecologically sustainable development in this field with its initial internal training and the ‘VIP Customers Maintenance Training’ launched in 2017.
‘ANTMINER Maintenance Training Center’ is a training service upgrading project (hereinafter referred to as ‘AMTC’) launched by BITMAIN based on years of knowledge dissemination and technology inheritance and accumulation. It is the only training center and certification authority in the industry that is officially certified by ANTMINER.
AMTC is aiming to allow more participants to further develop the professional skills needed in maintaining ANTMINERs. Currently, AMTC offers two courses, Maintenance Training and Operations Training, participants can attend the appropriate training courses in accordance with their own demands.
Ⅱ. When does the training begin?
The training begins when the number of registered participants reaches 8 for each month (Successful registrants will be set in accordance with their payment orders);
You may apply for door-to-door operations training when no less than 10 people are enrolled on your end, please contact AMTC for further arrangements.

Ⅳ. What will you receive after completing the AMTC course successfully ?
Successful participants will receive a “Certificate of Accomplishment”. AMTC certificates will be used as the global standards in classifying an individual’s operations ability to ANTMINERs. The certificate shall also be used in reference to set an individual’s operations fee price. In addition, extra awards have also been prepared for the best performance of each session!

*If there are less than 8 participants, AMTC may adjust the selection rules for the top performance certificate during the session.
Ⅴ. Training Charges
An appropriate fee shall be charged to ensure the training quality and better service to participants.

Note: protective articles include safety gloves, safety goggles, earplugs, and mask.
Accommodation, transportation, meals and interpreter shall not be provided.
*Training arrangement will be set according to the participant’s payment order, and the paid tuition is nonrefundable.
2. The fee shall be deducted or waived in such cases:
① For those who complete the new course registration and payment between July 2021 to December 2021 will receive a $50 off coupon on course material purchase.
② For the returning trainees who remark application ID or order ID when applying for new training, there will be a $30 discount for the order.
③ The individual who will attend the training possesses a diploma in computer science or electronics or a nationally certified electrician license, there will be a $30 discount for the order.
④ Retaking the training course for free;
Note: The trainee who failed the final examination can reapply for the training for free within 30 days after the completion of the current training (No service will be offered including food, tools, etc.). The personnel participating in the training is forbidden to change. Each training order only has one chance to reapply. Besides, the trainee shall not participate in the selection of “Best Student”.
⑤ Meeting other preferential policies.
Coupons shall not be used in combination, the coupon with the highest value shall prevail.
Ⅵ. Preparations before the Training
Each participant needs to bring 1 computer, 1 USB disk (8G), 1 notebook and 1 pen.

Ⅶ. Application Procedures

2. Approval for the Application
The application status will turn to “Approved” once the application is verified, please find out this order in your user center and pay for it.

The order cannot be canceled or modified once it’s approved.
3. The application status will turn to “Scheduled” once the training date is confirmed.
Ⅷ. Matters Need Attention during the Stay at AMTC
1. The trainee's information is consistent with the registration form, specifically for checking the ID card into the mining farm area;
2. Smoking and photography are prohibited in the mining farm and once found, the examination qualification will be canceled;
3. Training time: 9:00-17:00, being late and leaving early for 3 times will result in disqualification;
4. Smoking is not allowed within the site during the training period (no more than 10 minutes of smoking outside in the morning and afternoon); during the training, it is not allowed to eat or sleep in the workplace, and it is not allowed to hang out in other areas of the training site;
5. It is strictly forbidden to modify the miner configuration of the teaching mining machines without permission and obtain the illegal profits; once found, he/she may not be qualified to take the examinations;
6. Cheat and substitution are strictly prohibited in the exam. If any violation of discipline is found in the exam, the exam qualification will be canceled and the results will be invalidated;
7. Tools, machines and scrap boards need to be signed for collection, and if they are lost, compensation shall be made at the same price;
8. If man-made damage leads to scrap, compensation shall be made at the same price.
9. It is strictly forbidden to visit and take photos of specific places in accordance with the requirements of the training site.
Warm Prompt
*Training arrangement will be set according to the participant’s payment order, and the paid tuition is nonrefundable.
*Once the participant confirms the training schedule and decides to change the date, the participant MUST apply for rescheduling at least 10 days before the commencement date of the current training. If the participant is unable to attend the training due to personal reasons, he/she will be deemed to have given up the current training. The expenses paid shall not be extended or refunded. Please report to the designated location on time in accordance with the notification time. The training center will assume that the training qualification is waived if you fail to arrive at the training site on the specified date.
*Once the participant confirms the training schedule and decides to change the participant, the participant MUST apply for replacement at least 10 days before the commencement date of the current training. If the participant is unable to attend the training due to personal reasons, he/she will be deemed to have given up the current training. The expenses paid shall not be extended or refunded. The participant must present a valid certificate such as an ID card for entry admission. If there is no name on the entry form, admission shall be denied.
*There are certain risks in the operation and maintenance training, AMTC will provide the trainees with protective tools and insurance during the training. Please abide by the on-site safety operation specifications for relevant operations. AMTC will not assume any responsibility if any accidents occur due to the illegal operations of the trainees.
*For matters not involved in this notice and training, please refer to the "Training Service Agreement".
The final interpretation right of the above terms belongs to ANTMINER Maintenance Training Center.
Force Majeure. In no event shall either party be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God. If a force majeure event causes the cancellation of a training session, the parties shall use reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.
