Please follow the steps below when you receive a DOA miner/part:
1. Contact customer service.
Provide pictures of SN tag on the defective device and screenshots showing the product did not work after connecting when submitting a request.
2. Create a repair ticket and ship it back.
Create a repair ticket under "apply for repair" and ship back the confirmed defective miner/part via any leading shipping company of your choice and pay for the shipment according to our repair guide>>
3. Feedback the repair ticket ID and shipment invoice.
After creating the Repair ticket and shipping the item, please reply to the customer service agent the Repair Ticket ID & Shipment Invoice (including the shipping tracking number and shipping cost). We will compensate with a coupon for this return shipping cost.
*Note: The repair ticket should be created within 30 days from order ship out date. Do not ship it back together with other miners/parts that are not DOA. We cannot accept packages shipped COD. Packages shipped COD will be returned at your cost.
4. Receive a new replacement.
We will send you a new working replacement ASAP after we process the defective item in our repair center.
