Customers are able to select the couriers they would like us send their replacement items to them when creating a repair ticket.
After choosing the repair site that you would like to return the defective items to for repair, the repair ticket will show you the different couriers available for your shipment to its destination.
As a receiver, you can decide which courier you would like to use. The different couriers available for each repair site are as follow:

Depends on the stocks, some replacements regardless of which repair site they are returned to, may be dispatch from Shenzhen, China instead. In such cases, we use:

For example, if you are returning your defective items to our Hong Kong repair site for service, you can choose either UPS or SF express for your repair packages.
NOTE: While customers are able to choose based on their preference, if your preferred carrier is not available, we will ship out your repair packages via other couriers, without any notification in advance.
You are able to check the courier company and your package tracking number on the repair ticket once the repair is complete and your replacement items are dispatched. An email will be send to you as well.
