However, in the event you did not receive your package due to untimely customs clearance or you were not able to accept your package at your doorstep, which resulted in yours package being discarded or returned to us, continue reading this article to find out what you can do.
For returned shipments
If your package is returned to us, obtain the returned tracking number from your local courier who processed this return and monitor your package location on their website.
Once it shows that package has been returned to our warehouse, note that it may take awhile for our warehouse to process it. After which, you will receive an email notification from us informing that your package has been successfully returned to our warehouse awaiting re-ship.
This is considered a new re-shipping order generated and you will need to pay for the re-ship bill, which includes the shipping fees of returning the package to China, the handling fees of returning the package to China and the re-shipping fees of the package back to you.
NOTE: We are not able to re-ship the package to mainland China, we are only able to re-ship abroad.
If you wish for us to re-ship your package, contact us once you have received the email notification. Our customer service agents will provide further assistance.
For discarded packages
We would like to take this opportunity to emphasize that Bitmain will not be responsible for any discarded items due to untimely collection on customers' end.
Hence, we always encourage customers to research on their local customs policies and taxes before purchasing our products to avoid such disappointments from happening.
