Instructions on fixing the duplicate MAC address for S9i

Note: this instruction applies only to S9i, not S9. 

  1. Please use a router and connects it to only one miner and one laptop or PC. The router can be wireless.

2. Please use the bulk management tool and find this miner.

 

3. Please enter the user interface and upgrade the firmware: https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=00720180521133514945ealigFcp0718

4. When the miner reboots again, please use the bulk management tool to find the miner. You will find that the IP changes. Please use the new IP to enter the user interface.

Problem solved.
