3. What if users lost their phone which bounded with HashNest account? Or users want to change a phone number?

If the bounded phone number is still available for you, you can keep using it or unbound by yourself to change another phone number. However if you are not able to use the bounded phone number, please submit a ticket on Bitmain's Support page, and our support team will provide the solution.
