    Hi

    I have paid the full amount against the Order ID:0012017080301620. Payment status is still Paying.

    Total Amount paid by my bank 1677.34 USD, All other charges are paid by me separately. But as per you statement Bank is showing only 1672.34 USD, which is 5 USD less than what i have paid.

    I have also opened a ticket yesterday ID 104324 which is not replied. Pls get the same updated.

    If there are any other charges pls let me know how to pay them (the pending 5 USD) .

    9.08.2017 on my account I have uploaded the bank proof to my order.

    24hrs later my order has changed its status to EXPIRED. Please explain.

     

    Also, why is nobody replies to support tickets?
