Can somebody tell me, why everytime new LTC wallet to payment? There was 6 payments(in week) and everytime new wallet. Why company don't have one wallet ? Maybe this is a fraud ? Somebody got call to the Bitmain company up ? Why the orders departmant and support don't work?

This support staff, BELLA asking for extra payment. I have requested the bank to fully paid all charges.
there was NO intermediary bank fees because I did not route through an intermediary bank.
Never mind, then I paid the extra $30 bucks for Bitmain's mistake.
However, my order is still not marked as paid. It shows expired. No confirmation e-mail sent, it has been over 7 days since last email.

Здравствуйте Сергей. Лично я первый раз заказываю с этого сайта производителя , но впечатление не очень хорошие . Саппорт отвечает очень долго(3-5 дней ждать ответа). Бывают глюки при оплате, например вы оплатили , а в личным кабинете не видно оплаты . Например я оплатил товар 2017-06-18 го , но подтверждение не пришло на имейл. Хотя тут сказано (если вы прокрутите данную страничку на самую вверх ,1 строка )что максимум 10 дней придет подтверждение на почту :NOTE: Recently the order may be confirmed little bit late. We will extend the confirming peroid to 10 days.
Все время приходится обращаться в саппорт. У меня сомнения что доставка тоже не будет во время(если оно будет) придется и доставку выпросит или поехать прям в Пекин с жалобой(на полицию) , в головной офис. Это только мое мнение , может у них глюки из за огромного спроса, но в любом случае они должны были с начало наладит технически все аспекты заказа и доставки , а не принимать заказы за заказами не поладив проблемы .
Ждем ответа от саппорта и реакции на происходящее !
Вообще тут много недовольных с РФ, можно и коллективный иск впихнуть, вот там уже смешно им не будет. Читал правила, там куча двусмысленных моментов, однако думаю на коллективный иск и юрист найдется на Bitmain то переть и страховая с радостью покроет расходы. Так что ребята Bitmain вы пошевелитесь, мой запрос на простой refund уже почти 2 недели лежит! Вы нарушили свои же правила

Если кому интересно могу помочь с доставкой товара в любую страну из Пекина . Цена договорная смотря в какую страну отправить . В Россию самая дешевая доставка Транспортной компанией . Саппорт отвечает, но дурачится. Я обращаюсь к ним с просьбой , а они просят данные, я отправляю данные , они снова пишут мне условие , котрые уже давно истекли и.т.д.
Например:

я отправил все данные заказа, как они просили, даты оплаты, номер заказа, данные кошелька и.т.д. Оплата проходила Онлайн ,через лайткоин.
У меня оплаты были : от 2017-06-18 - до 2017-06-27 . Как видите первая транзакция была аж 20 дней назад ( 2017-06-18) . До сих пор нету подтверждение, которую должны отправить мне на почту! Таких заказов несколько! и у всех истек срок уведомления ! Так и не могу дождаться адекватных действий . Вместо этого все время пишут, но реальных действий нету и у меня уже истекает терпение.
Мой агент в Пекине звонил им . Сказали что в Сентябре будет товар . Надо теперь ждать до Сентября и заказывать .
Знает кто, таможня РФ пропускает майнеры?
Товар который облагается налогом больше 1000 $ стоит . Многие Европейские страны берут пошлину , если товар стоит от 200 $ . Если вы отправите товар через Транспортную компанию в Россию и измените декларацию то возможно и без пошлины будет . Также Таможня может конфисковать товар , если неправильно создана декларация по заниженной ценной . Это все делается на ваш риск .
