This article explains the unconfirmed order status and how to confirm it.
- Cryptocurrency Payments
Orders paid with cryptocurrency will expire if the payment is not completed within given time frame. If you made payment within the given time frame, please wait a few hours and check your order status again. Processing time is needed. When payment is received, the status will updated to paid and valid.
- USD wire Payments
If payment is made with USD wire transfer, please upload the proof of payment/TT transfer slip on to our website. It takes 3 to 5 working days for the funds to reach us. Sometimes, it may take a longer time, depending on the bank you used.
Check with your bank to confirm if the funds have been transferred into our BITMAIN bank account. If your bank has confirmed that the funds are transferred and received but the order still shows unpaid after a week, please write to us using your bitmain.com ID email with the following information.
- order ID:
- account name (name from which the funds were transferred from, either a person or a company)
- SWIFT message (please request this from your bank):
- amount of your payment:
Do note that if any information is missing/wrong, we may not be able to track your payment and orders may be held/cancelled.

I have paid you via T/T and the bank proof has been uploaded to your website yesterday (09.08.2017).
This morning I have found that my order status has changed to EXPIRED. Why my order has expired after I sent you payment proof?
What now? And why you don’t reply to emails and to support tickets?
2 days ago I have also wrote 2 support tickets (ID 104729 and ID 104795) about the delivery address change.
All the communication remains without any response from you.

I also have Order ID：0012017072900184 i paid via wire transfer and provided transfer proof last August 3. But as of August 6, my order status says EXPIRED.
I got no response from the tickets i raise.

My Order ID is 0012017080304897. I did pay for it at 3 August via SWIFT wire transfer and immediately provided transfer proof. But after one week my order still have "Paying" status.
Please correct that status. Or tell me what else I must to do for achieve it.

I have made the payment on time last week on 2017-08-03.
Bitcoin Payment has already sent last Thursday but my order status still appear unpaid and expired. Could you kindly update what is my order status. It is been a week now but my order still unpaid.
Blockchain shows that my payment has had 1199 confirmations at the time of writing this message. That means it is safe to assume my Bitcoin has arrived at the given Bitcoin address by Bitmain when I placed the order.
