This article explains the unconfirmed order status and how to confirm it.
- Cryptocurrency Payments
Orders paid with cryptocurrency will expire if the payment is not completed within given time frame. If you made payment within the given time frame, please wait a few hours and check your order status again. Processing time is needed. When payment is received, the status will updated to paid and valid.
- USD wire Payments
If payment is made with USD wire transfer, please upload the proof of payment/TT transfer slip on to our website. It takes 3 to 5 working days for the funds to reach us. Sometimes, it may take a longer time, depending on the bank you used.
Check with your bank to confirm if the funds have been transferred into our BITMAIN bank account. If your bank has confirmed that the funds are transferred and received but the order still shows unpaid after a week, please write to us using your bitmain.com ID email with the following information.
- order ID:
- account name (name from which the funds were transferred from, either a person or a company)
- SWIFT message (please request this from your bank):
- amount of your payment:
Do note that if any information is missing/wrong, we may not be able to track your payment and orders may be held/cancelled.

I sent payment 18 days ago and still haven't received any confirmation. I have written them via email, twitter, and facebook but still nothing. I would be hesitant in dealing with this company in the future. I consider that money to be lost and will be ordering from somewhere else.

Anyone else in a similar situation: It took me about 5 weeks to get this resolved, but they did eventually fix the issue.
