Why is my order still unconfirmed even after I paid?

    After contacting support my wire was confirmed! Just send them an email and post a comment here. Took about 1-3 days. Thanks again! Cant wait to get my items and post reviews.

    • @Cristianromania, I paid nearly 6 weeks ago and still haven't had my payment confirmed, iv opened tickets stating my order id senders name, bank transfer receipt ect.. but the reply's i get (maybe once every 2-3 weeks) are stranded, generic and automated, they dont even read the content of your ticket to see that you have provided the information to your order so it can be confirmed. I have also been in contact with my back and they confirmed that the wire to BItmain was successful, and that my money is now in Bimain's bank account, but what good is that when Bitmain wont confirm payment of your order. I feel the same as you, im not sure what to do now as well. This has caused a lot of stress.

    Then my ticket subject was changed to (Releasing a New Batch of Antminer D3 on August 10) and an updated message from their support

    I have Order ID:0012017080301850 i paid via wire transfer and provided transfer proof last August 4. But as of today, my order status says EXPIRED.

    I also have Order ID:0012017072900184 i paid via wire transfer and provided transfer proof last August 3. But as of August 6, my order status says EXPIRED.

    I got no response from the tickets i raise.

    why my order has not been confirmed for more than a month since we pay. 

    We made the order the day 06/20/2017. Register your company at chase bank on day 06/21/2017 And sent the wire transfer on day 06/22/2017.

    We would like to know what happens with our money as well as with our order.

    This is the second time we send the order number as well as the transfer data.

    For the love of God Bitmain, would you PLEASE open a distribution center on each continent and start accepting regular payments (CC/Cash/Paypal) for your product?!?

    This process you use now causes people so much stress, it takes forever, and it's prone to break.  You make at least $100k a day off the mining alone, surely you can afford a better payment portal than this ridiculous nonsense.
