    On one of my Antminer S9 units, all three boards are recognized, but still display zero hashrate and 15 degree temps.  How can I troubleshoot this?

    Grand, Thanks.  I see you are very helpful in these forums. 

    I've reset and reflashed latest and original firmware several times.  The result is always the same.  I don't know how to read kernel logs, but based on the system tab and miner status tab, everything appears normal except for the hashrate.  All zeros.  I had this machine running side by side with a working machine, and all circuit board LEDs appeared to be the same between machines.

    If I post a copy of the kernel log or monitor log, will you or anybody here know how to help?

    Yeah, I get that. I'm using default settings. The miner won't mine above zero hashrate no matter what pool I choose.

    Below ASIC's core didn't receive all the nonce, they should receive 8 nonce each.

    This means that the chips are not receiving work, check your internet, firewall might be blocking incoming traffic from pool. You can run a network tests on the miner. I recommend doing this, also try running miner from internet only, no router, no other devices on network, just for trial and error.

     

    I might be wrong about the incoming traffic being blocked by network, but it's all trial and error at this point :)

    Hi,

    I can say thanks to MY SELF I fixed the antminer because If I was need to wait bitmain that solve my problem... well good luck!!

    I changed one of the fan that was spin too low ant the antminer start working normally, badly I lost 1 month of warranty doing this.

    its my first time having this miner so it will be very helpful if i have some advice because untill now bitmain does not reply that much ^_^! i already tried to upgrade the firmware honestly i have tried to insert all the firmware in the site because i have my first issue< no temperature shown cannot upgrade firmware not hashing> then when i upgrade to the latest firmware i think its the auto frequency i am glad i  see my miner is hashing for the first time but it always stop hashing after 10-15 minutes ..i did lots of reboot resetting and installing the firmware again but same result, then i insert the fix frequency from 500-650 both 3 firmware have a slow fan spinning rate issue for me but it does mine for at least 30 minutes then stop because of temperature exceeding 80 .. i am using s9 13.5th... any advice will be helpful!

    Qayskun I have one with the same issue but only on 1 hash board where the board looks like it starts hashing but slowly reduces and after about 30 minutes it is at 00000. I have tried all they suggest but nothing works so I have to send it back.. Im seeing this problem alot.. Very poor quaitly control that costs us extra to send back plus down time, let alone the pre order wait time... I won't be buying another antminer..

    Hi, one of my L3+ miners have stopped working, the green light at the back is flashing green but there is no data in the Asic Status as per the screenshot below. I have done a factory reset but still have the same issue.

    All my other L3`s are working fine on the same pool with no issues. The miner was working fine previously as well. I also did switch it off and on a few times but still the same error.

    I am having a problem with my Antminer A3....at times it is hashing normal like pic #1, but then I will get a Socket Connect Failed: Connection Refused error as shown in pic #2.....which results in pic #3 that is doing little to nothing.  I am hashing very little compared to what I should be hashing.  It just seems like the unit runs fast and loud....then it stops....then it repeats.
