You may check the progress of your returned package with your tracking number on this website http://www.17track.net/en.There could be a delay of a few days for customs clearance on after your package has been delivered to Hong Kong. Once the package clears customs it will be delivered to our repair facility in China.
While your package is in our repair facility your ticket will be in “Uncollected” status. We are working on the repair or replacement during that time.

2. Uncollected--We are waiting for the returned package. Collected--We have received your returned package and will confirm the problem of returned product.
3. When your package is shipped back to you we will email you with the shipping details.

How do I pay for a repair? I have a quote but no wallet address to pay.
Why do you guys make so much money off this, but you can't provide proper instruction for...pretty much anything.
my miner is collected to repair but still without updates since December????
