Changing delivery address
Delivery address change is only possible under the following scenarios:
Write in to us to check if address change is possible. Make sure the request will be sent from the email address/User ID that is linked to your Bitmain account and used for placing the order.
For security reasons, we will not entertain requests sent from other email addresses or User ID.
Once your order is arranged for shipment, we cannot halt it. If address is given wrongly resulting delivery failure, your package will be returned to us. After which, we will ship the order to your new address. All additional shipping charges and taxes incurred are to borne by the customer.
Changing billing address
We are unable to change the billing address you gave in the order.
However, we are able to make changes to your order commercial invoice. Note that the commercial invoice is automatically generated by the system. As such, it follows the details including the billing address you have provided in your order.
Write in to us to request change of the billing address in your commercial invoice after you have received the shipping notification from us stating that your order has been shipped.
Nevertheless, check and input the correct billing address before ordering.
