Delivery address change is only possible under the following scenarios:
- The address is available for delivery and someone is available to sign off on the delivery. Note that we CANNOT ship to PO box addresses. We will not be responsible for any charges related to such scenarios.
- Request is sent at least 15 working days before the 1st scheduled shipment date of your order. Example, if the shipment schedule is on the 15th of April to 30th of April, you must let us know at 15 working days before 15th April.
- Your order has not been captured by our external warehouse.
Please send a ticket to check if address change is possible: http://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Kindly make sure this request is sent from the email address that is linked to your bitmain.com account. We will not entertain requests sent from other accounts for security reasons.
Once the order is arranged for shipment, we cannot stop the shipment. It will be shipped and returned to us (if address is given wrongly). After which, we can then ship the order to your new address. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
