After an order is submitted, it cannot be modified.
We are unable to cancel orders, change the product ordered, amend the payment mode, modify the delivery provider nor provide any cancellation refunds.
If you have mistakenly submitted a wrong order, please do not pay for that order.
You may submit a new order with your desired product or payment mode. If there is a coupon that is applied to the order that you do not want, please send us a ticket: http://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to have your coupons returned. This is provided that coupon is still within its validity.
All paid orders cannot be refunded or cancelled as per BITMAIN
’s terms and conditions.
