If you had misplaced your phone, changed your phone number or changed your Google/SMS authentication and lost your access to BITMAIN account including Antpool, our account security specialists can disable the old 2FA settings and reset it so that you can use it again.
To recover your BITMAIN account, submit a support ticket describing your problems with your account access and include the following:
1. A clear picture of your official photo identification card.
This is usually a driver's license or passport, but it can be any government-issued photo ID.
2. A picture of you holding your ID.
3. A picture of yourself holding the paper writing

My account is asking me to change my google auth but i never had one
The forced password change at login is asking me for Google Auth and I have never enabled this. Please help here.

I've lost my cellphone with 2FA enabled onto my account. Have sent my cellphone to a specialist that have recovered the cellphone back alive. So now I'm trying to disabling myself with the Google Authenticator code, and It's saying its INVALID.
I think I will have to take a airplane to Beijing so they can answer my request.
What Bitmain did with my account?!??! Is the Hashnest service a scam?!?!?
More of the same. Login is asking for cell number and says the number I provide is already in use.
I cannot log in to check order.
It keeps running me through the same request for email confirmation.

my account says it has been locked and to contact customer service team which i have done but that has been 2 weeks now and still no reason why my account was locked and why i cant get into check my cloud mining account .
