If you had misplaced your phone, changed your phone number or changed your Google/SMS authentication and lost your access to BITMAIN account including Antpool, our account security specialists can disable the old 2FA settings and reset it so that you can use it again.
To recover your BITMAIN account, submit a support ticket describing your problems with your account access and include the following:
1. A clear picture of your official photo identification card.
This is usually a driver's license or passport, but it can be any government-issued photo ID.
2. A picture of you holding your ID.
3. A picture of yourself holding the paper writing
My account ****@****.** needs to disable 2FA (or Google Auth or SMS verification) on BITMAIN.

The security of your account is something we take very seriously. For that reason, we require the confirmation of your identity before we can make changes and allow access to your account.
Once reset, you will receive an email from our no-reply email address. Confirm the email ASAP. If the email is not in your inbox, check your junk mails.
We encourage you to enable Google authentication and SMS verification again to secure your account.
