5.My 2FA needs to change or is not working. What should I do?

Sometimes we need to make changes to our 2-factor authentication. This happens most often when we change a phone number or get a new mobile phone. 

Bitmain's 2FA specialist can clear your information so that you can update it. Simply submit a support ticket and include:

1. A clear picture of an official photo identifications. This is usually a driver's license or passport, but can be any government issued picture ID. 

2. A picture of you holding the identification. 

 

The security of your Hashnest account is something we take very seriously, for your protection. For that reason we require this confirmation of your identity before we make changes to your account access.

    My account is asking me to change my google auth but i never had one

    The forced password change at login is asking me for Google Auth and I have never enabled this.  Please help here.

    Please respond Bitmain.  I have sent you my ID just to be safe and I still have no response and no access to my account.

    I never enabled nor used 2FA security on my account. Please remove and reset the 2FA settings on my account so that I may access my orders. I have already emailed support@bitmain.com with a photo of my ID, and me holding it, as well as a paper where I have written a request to disable and reset my 2FA settings. Thank you in advance.

    Please can you disable 2fa on my account richard@rabitsupport.co.uk  so i can reset it please, i have also emailed support@bitmain.com with a picture of my driving licence.

    who enabled my 2FA? when was it enabled 

     
    I the account holder did not enabled it this, and further more these are my sensitive personal details that i will only give to a government or a bank or financial institution….
     
    People Bitmain is not authorised or regulated to ask for such documents 
     
    There are many many ways which Bitmain can verify your identitiny without asking for such sensitive official documents 
     
    We did not give these on registration
     
    i did not enable 2FA
     
    this was Bitmains security problem 
     
    and Bitmain wants us to give you more of my sensitive documents when your security has just been breached 
     
    Be aware is not right

    I already correspond for a week with the help service - the results are not what !!? I want to nullify the 2fa Google Auth check! I sent photos with my documents - nothing!. Read all the reviews. I wanted to get a ticket - do not give! "Some kind of divorce and not a site.

     I've lost my cellphone with 2FA enabled onto my account. Have sent my cellphone to a specialist that have recovered the cellphone back alive. So now I'm trying to disabling myself with the Google Authenticator code, and It's saying its INVALID.

    I think I will have to take a airplane to Beijing so they can answer my request.

    What Bitmain did with my account?!??! Is the Hashnest service a scam?!?!?

    More of the same.  Login is asking for cell number and says the number I provide is already in use. 

    I cannot log in to check order. 

    It keeps running me through the same request for email confirmation.

    my account says it has been locked and to contact customer service team which i have done but that has been 2 weeks now and still no reason why my account was locked and why i cant get into check my cloud mining account .
